The workflow

One post, start to finish.

Publishing a post asks for the same few things every time. Here’s where each one comes from.

  1. STEP 1

Your bio and boilerplate in one keystroke

Give your short bio, your company’s boilerplate and your sign-off their own shortcuts.

    Author bio

Jordan Lee is content lead at Northwind, where they write about budgeting…⌃⇧U

    About the company

    HOW IT WORKS

Click a field, press the shortcut, and the item is inserted. Each key stays with the item you picked.

  2. STEP 2

Pick a headline from a list

Keep your variants in a “Headlines” list and your house style in “Style notes”. Search for a word, then paste the one that fits.

  4. STEP 4

Reshape a paragraph with a prompt

Select the text, fill in the channel and tone, copy the finished prompt, and paste it into your AI tool.

Rewrite this for the newsletter in a warm tone. Keep it under 60 words: Budgeting weekly sounds like more work, but small teams that do it spend less time fixing surprises at the end of the month.

Good to know

Questions writers ask.

Does Pastree write copy for me?

No. Pastree keeps your prompts and fills in the details; you paste the finished prompt into the AI tool you use. It doesn’t connect to any AI service, and every word you publish is yours to edit.

Can I keep different versions of my bio?

Yes. Keep each length as its own item in a list, or star the ones you use most. Search finds any of them by a word they contain.

Will attaching my headshot work on every site?

It works with standard file inputs and drop zones, including forms inside embedded frames. If a site doesn’t accept it, upload the file the usual way.

Where are my bios and images stored?

Locally in your browser, on your computer. A backup includes your lists but not your files or prompts, so keep your original images, and export the prompts you want to keep. Clear any of them anytime.

Stop retyping.
Start reusing.
