Read the troubleshooting guide. Check your current browser profile, permissions, and whether the page supports the action. Avoid reinstalling or clearing storage before preserving your data.

What to include

1. Your browser name and version, operating system, and Pastree version.
2. The feature involved: clipboard, lists, prompts, files, or settings.
3. A short set of steps that reproduces the problem with synthetic sample content.
4. What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
5. Whether it happens every time, on one site, or across multiple supported sites.
6. Relevant permissions and settings, such as automatic capture, site access, retention, or a shortcut assignment.
7. If helpful, a cropped screenshot with private content removed.

Keep the report safe to share

Do not include passwords, account tokens, private clipboard history, full backups, or sensitive files. Replace real names and text with sample values. Remove private query strings from page addresses and check screenshots carefully.
